Depositions? What depositions?

It seems that the attorney for the other side admits to having "dropped the ball" and not really paying much attention to the notice that was served to him some time back. Neither did he respond to the discovery demands. So, today's depositions were canceled and we're tentatively rescheduled for April 18th, provided Lisa's mother isn't having open heart surgery that day.
